Creation and configuration of the organization
Click on the three small vertical buttons and select "Activate" to activate the organization. Use the "Show spaces" button to view the list of available spaces.
Only the creator of the organization can make the payment.
Go to the Membership section and fill out the form. If necessary, make the payment.
Certain roles allow you to add or remove members by assigning specific roles (see the member roles section). Make sure the person is registered before adding them to the organization. You can also modify roles and delete accounts.

Scenarios
Video Scenario:
You can respond by entering your answer and submitting it for evaluation. The intervention is not mandatory, and you can also press the Submit button without entering a response in the field.

The quiz questions require an answer to validate your participation. You must select or enter the correct answer, then submit the quiz to see your results.

You can add scenarios to the space you created by filling in the fields and giving the space a name.
Only one browsing window is allowed to perform the simulation.
Creation and customization of the space
Add or remove members in your space. Depending on the space configuration (see the "Create Space" section), some members only share their latest scores, encouraging friendly competition.
To display the space, you have two options: from the active organization or by clicking on your account, then on the name of the active Space "Space". This will show you the list of Spaces in the active organization.
A member can withdraw by accessing the space, selecting the member list, and clicking on the trash icon. The data of the removed member will be automatically deleted.
Activate a space by clicking on the three vertical dots and selecting "Activate." Activation filters the scenarios and dashboards according to the specific configuration of the Space.
Click on the "+" button to create a custom space and fill in the fields.
Notes
Option 1 :
When the space is created, if the creator does not choose to make the dashboard visible only to themselves, only the rank and overall score of each member will be visible to all members. This setting cannot be changed later.

When the space is created, if the creator chooses to make the dashboard visible only to themselves, only the creator will have access to all detailed scores and interventions of the members in this space. This setting cannot be changed later.

Dashboard

The criteria vary depending on the skills and their importance. For example, a business strategy scenario may assign 50% to creativity, 25% to teamwork, and 25% to critical thinking, for a total of 100%. The average score from multiple scenarios gives the overall score.
Quiz:
Each quiz is associated with a specific skill. The score obtained in the quiz reflects the user's performance in that particular skill. The total score is based on the average of the scores from the different skills assessed during the test or scenarios.

Access your dashboard to view your recent results. To see the details of past scores, click on a score in the historical view. You will find detailed information, including specific feedback.

Each month, the top three scores are rewarded. Rewards can include gifts shipped to your address or credits granted.
